We're looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help ensure everything runs smoothly from enquiry to delivery.As our Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of sales activities.
You'll assist with preparing quotes, managing customer orders, updating CRM systems, and ensuring our clients receive excellent service every step of the way.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the sales teamProcess sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficientlyMaintain and update CRM and customer databasesAssist with reporting, forecasting, and tracking sales performanceCoordinate communication between internal teams and customersSupport general office and customer service tasks as neededAbout YouYou're proactive, organised, and enjoy juggling multiple priorities.
