* Supporting young people and families through strengths‐based, culturally safe AOD interventions that promote healing, resilience and positive choices
* Partnering with Elders, schools and services to deliver community led wellbeing responses
* Facilitating group programs, yarning sessions and activities that build connection, confidence and protective factors
* Sharing insights that help shape high quality services and improve outcomes across the region

Here's What Will Help You Thrive
* Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers and a recognised Social Work qualification
* Experience supporting young people and families impacted by alcohol and other drug use
* Ability to deliver culturally responsive, trauma informed practice built on strong relationships
* Confidence working collaboratively across teams and community networks
Experience in regional or community-controlled settings, or additional training in youth, AOD or social and emotional wellbeing, will set you apart.
