About the role
As part of the HVAC team in Woolloongabba, you'll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Providing customer service and information about products
* Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
* Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
* Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
* Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoying helping customers both in person and over the phone
* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
* Proficient with computers and eager to learn new systems
* Clean, valid driver's licence and openness to working various shifts, including weekends
* Desire to develop your career locally or within our broader network or head office
