**Your new role**
As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for call resolution and exceeding customer expectations for their car loan and insurance needs.- Providing excellent customer service and managing inbound calls and queries- Operating phone calls professionally, transferring calls where needed- Assisting in providing reporting to Management when required- Resolving customer issues on first call resolution
**What you'll need to succeed**- Experience managing and responding to customer complaints- Proven experience being self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to show initiative- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers and build relationships at all levels- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Intermediate experience in the Microsoft suite of products- Previous or current Customer Service/ Collections experience/ Insurance is advantageous
