We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists and Social Workers to join our dynamic team as a consultant.
About The Role
o Provide high-quality EAP one-on-one counselling in our Rockdale & Sydney offices
o Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces
o Offer shot-term solution-focused interventions and support
o Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Requirements
o Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body
o Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health
o Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions
o Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills
o Current driver’s license and own vehicle
