Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. As a provisional psychologist, you will play a key role in assessing and managing the mental health needs of individuals with psychosocial barriers to employment.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and aspirations, providing them with tailored support and interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. This may involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with psychosocial barriers to employment
* Provide individual and group interventions to promote recovery and well-being
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services
* Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to improve client outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in psychology, eligibility for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA, and completion of the 5+1 supervision program. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
