400 employees Ensure accurate payment of wages, superannuation and government taxes Manage any payroll related queries coming from staff to head office Processing, reconciling and clearing month end figures Calculate annual leave and sick leave provision Assist with payroll reporting, including year-end The Successful Applicant Minimum 3 year's experience processing Australian payroll from end to end Experience working on projects within the payroll function Intermediate excel knowledge Strong understanding of different EBAs and Awards High attention to detail Excellent communication skills The ability to work autonomously as required but also have a cohesive attitude towards the team What's on Offer Flexible working arrangements, with a mix of remote and office-based work.
