Heavy Equipment Detailer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Trades Assistant/Detailer to join our team at Karratha branch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for detailing and cleaning earthmoving equipment to meet required standards within tight schedules. They will identify and communicate any equipment issues to their supervisor, ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order, assist tradesmen with various tasks as needed, and perform other related duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Equipment Detailing: Clean and detail earthmoving equipment to meet required standards within tight schedules.
* Equipment Maintenance: Identify and communicate any equipment issues to your supervisor and ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
* Supportive Role: Assist tradesmen with various tasks as needed and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
* A valid driver's license is required.
* You must be willing to occasionally work weekends and flexible hours.
* Previous detailing experience is preferred but not essential.
* You should have mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools.
* Strong organisational skills for efficient work are necessary.
* You should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects are also required.
