The Opportunity
We've partnered with a global, high-growth AI consultancy looking for a Senior Applied AI Solution Engineer to join their team delivering cutting‐edge Generative AI solutions across enterprise clients.
You'll work closely with both internal engineers and clients to design, build and deploy production‐grade AI applications, with a strong focus on LLMs, agents, and real‐world business impact.
This is a hands‐on role working on some of the most complex applied AI challenges in industry.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design and build AI‐powered applications using large language models and modern data stacks
* Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into AI solutions
* Own end‐to‐end delivery of solutions (design → build → deploy)
* Lead and mentor engineers while contributing to technical best practices
* Collaborate cross‐functionally to deliver scalable, production‐ready systems
* Ensure solutions meet quality, reliability, and ethical AI standards
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience building production‐grade AI or data applications
* Hands‐on with Python development experience
* Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI or open‐source), fine‐tuning, or agent‐based systems
* Solid background in solution design and analytical problem solving
* Comfortable in a client‐facing role, able to translate technical concepts into business value
* Ability to operate independently in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment
