Overview
Permanent part-time positions are available to work with the community care team in metropolitan Melbourne. Locations include Pakenham, Narre Warren and Cranbourne.

Responsibilities
Support people with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, community participation and companionship.
Assist with personal care, mobility support and medication prompting when required.
Support clients to achieve goals in partnership with other support networks.
Promote customer choice, positive routines and meaningful activities for clients.
What you will bring
A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable but not essential).
Current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle.
Ability to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with technology such as smartphones, email and internet.
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.
