About your opportunity Lead and manage a multidisciplinary mental health team delivering disaster recovery services.
This role combines strategic planning, operational leadership, and advanced clinical expertise to support individuals and communities impacted by disasters.
Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (e.g., Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Nursing).
Advanced clinical knowledge and leadership experience in mental health.
Ability to manage complex caseloads and provide clinical governance.
While not mandatory, eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act **** would be well regarded.
All employees of the Mental Health Service Group (MHSG) may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
Current C class driver's licence.
Evidence of vaccination for VPDs as per Queensland Health policy.
A probationary period may apply.
