This is an exciting opportunity to join our Queensland Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and work on a commercial portfolio located on the Gold Coast, as part of a mixed-use precinct. This position would suit someone who has previously worked in a commercial office facilities management environment with experience in Building Management Statements - shared services and areas. This role is based on site from the Commercial Management Office. The key responsibilities will include: Maintain the commercial and car park assets, plant, and equipment to ensure optimal asset performance, efficiency, life cycle planning and functionality. Drive best practice by collaborating, managing, and administering the Colliers - Nationally driven comprehensive compliance program, particularly in regards-to risk management for critical site operations, it’s occupants and processes. Manage the relevant budget expenditure for the commercial and car park assets in collaboration with the Commercial Body Corporate committee. Negotiate maintenance contracts, facilitate, and manage services tenders, provide expenditure and performance data for regular monthly and quarterly reporting requirements to clients. Actively maintain compliance with regard-to OH&S obligations, completing audits and reviews as required by Colliers, the client and the relevant legislation Support the Commercial Body Corporate committee with regards to their responsibilities and involvement in the CMS/BMS.
