What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
Earn commission on every product you sell
This role is up to 37.5 hours per week, permanent 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Saturday on a rotating shift.
You will learn about our products and services and become confident in assisting our customers in making an informed decision.
Taking inbound calls from customers and assisting with the sign-up process.
Identifying customer's needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures.
Data entry of customer details into CMS systems, and record keeping.
Set personal goals and strive to achieve these.
What we're looking for
NO experience in sales or a call centre necessary.
Strong communication skills.
Desire to make a difference in the lives of the people you interact with.
General computer skills and confidence to speak on the phone.
Eagerness to learn and develop your skills further.
Ability to think innovatively and challenge existing norms to change the game.
