Customer Experience Deployment Specialist

The Role
We're looking for a Deployment Specialist to support the deployment, configuration and ongoing maintenance of Belgravia Leisure's digital CX platforms, including IVR, chatbot, messaging and web channels.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who loves working on CX platforms, building and optimising chatbots and IVRs, while also be able to identify and bring clear insights and recommendations to the table. You'll manage and maintain our digital communication systems, support operations with the rollout of these systems for new venues.
You'll join a collaborative, high‐impact marketing department working across aquatic centres, health clubs, wellness, golf and community venues throughout Australia and New Zealand - contributing to meaningful outcomes in the communities we serve.
The Deployment Specialist sits within the Marketing Department and reports to the National Guest Experience Solutions Manager. This role ensures all guest-facing touchpoints are accurate, functional, and aligned to approved customer journeys across Genesys Cloud, within a centralised contact centre model.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain IVR, phone lines, queues and digital interaction flows (voice, chat, chatbot) in Genesys Cloud to deliver a consistent guest experience
* Configure and maintain chatbot workflows and content aligned to approved website and knowledge base content
* Manage routing, trading hours, holidays, overflow and multi‐channel configurations across venues
* Maintain multi‐channel routing across voice, email and social messaging (e.g. Facebook Messenger)
* Maintain website content, forms and digital assets across guest touchpoints
* Support surveys, channel reporting and process documentation
About you
You are a proactive, performance‐driven marketer who is comfortable being hands‐on in paid media platforms, and equally confident recommending improvements and new ideas.
* 2‐3+ years of experience in deploying and managing CX platforms (e.g. IVR, chatbot, CRM/CMS systems)
* Experience with or exposure to Genesys Cloud (or similar platforms) is highly desirable
* General understanding of digital marketing technology and how they work
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Ability to interpret data and provide practical insights
* Good communication and engagement skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn new technologies
