We are currently seeking an Internal Sales/Warehouse Team Member to join our Statewide Bearings team in Geraldton
This is a hands-on role that combines both internal sales and warehouse responsibilities. You'll be responsible for promoting the full range of SWB Group products and services while providing an exceptional level of service to all SWB customers, internal stakeholders, and branch network. You'll also play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient supply of SWB Group products and accessories across the business.
Whether you're starting out in your career or bring previous experience in sales, warehouse, or trade industries, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
* Handle front counter sales and enquires.
* Process sales orders and enquires accurately and efficiently.
* Picking and packing customer requirements.
* Picking, packing, and unpacking of stock.
* Assist in dispatching of goods.
* Assist with stock reconciliation, and general warehouse duties as needed ie: freight.
* Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
* Customer deliveries when required.
* An ability to engage with people and build a rapport.
* Safe use of company equipment and vehicles.
* Ensure accuracy and high standards of service are always maintained while complying with our OH&S policies.
What We're Looking For
* Strong numeracy & literacy skills.
* Basic Computer literacy (MS Office skills an advantage).
* Mechanical aptitude or an interest in technical products.
* Proactive, self – motivated, highly organised with good time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a part of a team.
* Strong work ethic.
* Have the desire to develop your current knowledge and skills.
* An ability to engage with people and build rapport.
* Driven to meet sales targets and work in a highly successful team.
* A positive attitude strong customer service focus.
* Driver's licence (essential).
* Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
