Design Innovator

Key Responsibilities:
* Create detailed road and highway designs using OpenRoads software.
* Produce high-quality documentation, drawings, and BIM deliverables for transport projects.
* Ensure technical excellence and compliance with Main Roads WA (MRWA) and Austroads standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.
* Participate in design reviews, quality checks, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:
* At least 7 years' experience in civil design for roads/highways.
* Proficiency in OpenRoads and AutoCAD (12D experience is advantageous).
* Strong understanding of MRWA standards and Austroads guidelines.
* Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines confidently.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
