The Role
* Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Logistics Manager will oversee a newly established Distribution Centre and manage a 3PL logistics team. This role is responsible for:
* Designing and implementing logistics strategy and processes.
* Managing inbound and outbound flows, warehouse operations, and e-commerce fulfillment.
* Overseeing ERP & WMS systems, including project implementation and optimization.
* Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company standards.
* Driving continuous improvement and efficiency across all logistics activities.
* Managing budgets, KPIs, and 3PL performance.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the logistics team.
* This is a business-critical, senior leadership role with direct influence on the brand's long‑term growth and omni‑channel success.
About You
* University degree with 5+ years’ experience in logistics/operations management, ideally in retail or luxury.
* Proven expertise in warehouse management, transportation, import/export, and compliance.
* Strong project management, ERP/WMS, and analytical skills.
* Exceptional leadership and communication abilities with experience managing high‑performing teams.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
