We are currently seeking permanent part-time Home Care Workers - Disability Services, to support our Disability Services clients within NDIS and Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) programs for services across Sunshine Coast including Maroochydore, Golden Beach, Nambour, Banya, Buderim and surrounding suburbs.

Pay rates starting from $33.41 ($34.46 starting pay rate if you have a relevant Cert IV) + penalties + loadings.12% superannuation (higher than the statutory 11.5%).Increase your take home (net) pay by salary packaging up to $18,550 p.a. which can cover your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900 p.a.) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650 p.a.). Overview of the role:
Assist participants with home care domestic assistance supports. Working alongside participants within their physical capacity to perform domestic duties such as - vacuuming, mopping, general light touch household cleaning. Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities.Support people within their own home and community settings. Use your own vehicle to transport participants to community-based outings.
What you need:
Completed, or currently enrolled, in an industry relevant Certificate III qualification or higher (desirable) Minimum of three (3) months, paid employment experience in a Support Worker, Care Worker, Nursing role OR completed 120 placement hoursAustralian Working RightsAustralian Driver's LicenseQld Motor Vehicle RegistrationProvide First Aid Statement of AttainmentProvide CPR Statement of AttainmentNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to undertake)Blue Card (or willing to apply)Australian Criminal History Check (or willing to apply)
