Job Summary:
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the Being Our Best Brave program, supporting LGBTIQA+ young people in Greater Shepparton to build confidence and connection.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and lead strength-based workshops, peer support activities, and community engagement opportunities for 12-25 year olds.
* Partner with the Team Lead to shape the program's vision and direction, ensuring youth voice is central to its design and delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and services, facilitating collaborations and referrals.
Requirements
* Understanding of LGBTIQA+ young people's needs and experiences.
* Proven experience in designing and coordinating youth or community programs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Commitment to inclusive and culturally safe practice.
* Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.

* Part-time role (15.2 hours per week) funded for a maximum term of 2 years.

* Base salary: SCHADS Level 5 from $51 per hour + super.
