About the Role
This is a newly created position where you will look after a national customer portfolio and work closely with the National Customer Service & Collections Manager as their 2IC.
The work is quite varied, so you will be across everything from customer enquiries and complaints, to investigating invoice issues, reviewing debtor activity, running reports and helping improve internal processes.
You will also provide training and mentorship to the team of 13.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing national customer accounts and supporting credit control activity
Handling general enquiries and more complex customer issues
Looking into invoicing problems and working to resolve them
Reporting, data analysis and contributing to process improvements
Supporting the Manager with team oversight, mentoring and ad hoc projects
What We're Looking For
Strong tenure in previous roles
Comfortable in a high-volume environment
Good commercial judgment and ability to work with different stakeholders
Strong communication skills
Experience using D365 or another CRM system is highly regarded
Confident using Excel (V-Lookups, H-Lookups, pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)
