Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager - Piping Construction Coordinator to join our team in the Pilbara. This critical role involves overseeing structural, mechanical, and piping activities on-site.
* This position requires coordination of SMP construction activities on-site with engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure constructability.
* The successful candidate will monitor fabrication and installation schedules, ensuring timely delivery and prepare work packs, progress reports, and execution plans.
* Key responsibilities also include supporting management of change (MOC) processes and site-based design changes.
* Furthermore, this role drives safety, quality, and cost control across all site activities.
Key Requirements:
* A degree in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering or relevant trade background is required.
* Minimum 8 years' experience in onshore plant construction, particularly in project management and coordination.
* Strong subcontractor management skills and site execution experience are essential.
* A proven track record in Australian construction projects is necessary.
* Computer literacy in software such as Primavera P6 and excellent communication skills are required.
