We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality & Compliance Lead to oversee the operational development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring seamless operation of quality management practices across our programs and services, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and proactive problem-solving throughout the organisation.
* Developing and implementing quality management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, quality, clinical, and ethical requirements.
* Liaising with stakeholders to identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to address these areas.
* Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure quality management systems are operating effectively.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in Quality, Auditing, Accreditation or similar, with demonstrated experience leading organisational compliance activities including service accreditation requirements in ISO, AGPAL or similar.
* Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
* High level interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work autonomously, display initiative and self-motivate.
