As a senior educator you’ll work with a team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN’s innovative, high quality and inclusive program for children, while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families, and delivering the support of the SDN village to their lives. 
About you
You will be a Certificate III + or Diploma-qualified educator with a special interest in diversity and inclusion, have an excellent understanding of inclusive early childhood practice and a willingness to share your knowledge and to grow and learn. 
Locations
Hamilton, Bathurst.
About the role 
Your role will involve collaborating with children about their interests and supporting them by creating a stimulating environment. As well as supporting the physical needs of children, you will assist in the observation and evaluation of the children’s development, creating an environment which ensures trust and security and provides flexible routines and smooth transitions. 
You will need 
- Experience in a similar role 
- A Certificate III +Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework 
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Standards 
- Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid qualification 
- Sound understanding of the development of children, their health, hygiene and nutritional needs
