About the Role
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
* Perform manual and automated diagnostic testing
* Specimen storage and retrieval
* Equipment maintenance and operation
* Maintenance of records
* Assist with stock control
* Maintain confidentiality of customer

Qualifications and Experience
* A Diploma of Laboratory Technology, Associate Degree or equivalent
* Previous laboratory experience, preferably in diagnostic testing, is desirable
* A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
* Must be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes
* Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Awareness of Workplace Health and Safety and quality assurance processes and procedures
* Previous Pathology Laboratory experience is desirable, but not essential
