We are currently seeking a Client relationship and Candidate sourcing consultant on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.

The responsibilities of this position include:
* Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
* Posting job advertisements online
* Phone screening, shortlisting and arrange interviews
* Cold calling existing database of candidates/members
* Conducting reference checks and coordinating offers
* Data entry, management, and maintenance of the candidate information system within CRM
* Developing talent pipelines and maintaining industry market knowledge
* Adapt as required and display resilience in a changing work environment
This role will suit someone with proven experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination, either in an agency or in-house environment. You will have exceptional time management, organisational skills, and communication capability to engage candidates to ensure a smooth pathway through our hiring process. You will have a bright and energised personality and a natural passion for getting the win!
