We are seeking a mature, approachable, and qualified HR Officer to provide HR support to Directors, Managers, and staff. This role involves recruitment, compliance, records management, and contributing to staff development and retention. The position is part-time, 2 days per week, and ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused and collaborative workplace. This role is based on site at our Carlton Headquarters. 
Key Responsibilities 
Recruitment and onboarding (ads, interviews, contracts). 
Maintain staff records, contracts, and compliance documentation. 
Support performance reviews and staff development. 
Ensure compliance with WorkSafe, OHS, Fair Work, and employment legislation. 
About You 
Strong HR knowledge including compliance and employment law. 
Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and performance management. 
Organised, approachable, and collaborative.
