Business Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Assistant to join our team. As an academic/student support officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students and staff, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor student progress on a consistent basis.
* Provide administrative support to trainers and students.
* Assist in the creation of academic schedules.
* Support the principal with daily campus operations.
* Communicate effectively with students and potential students regarding training courses and enrollment requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience in student management systems or willingness to learn.
* Knowledge of learning management systems or willingness to learn.
* Understanding of ASQA and AQF regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong intercultural communication and customer service skills.
