Fleet Operations Specialist
As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily service delivery operations near the Adelaide Port precinct.
* You will be responsible for planning, allocating, monitoring and coordinating booked jobs for drivers transporting containers, ensuring compliance with AQIS and Customs regulations.
* Your primary objective will be to schedule driver workloads to optimize vehicle efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* You will collaborate closely with Customer Services staff to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
* In addition, you will provide relief duties and general assistance to Managers as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Job Planning and Coordination: Plan, allocate, monitor and coordinate booked jobs for drivers transporting containers.
* Scheduling and Optimization: Schedule driver workloads to maximize vehicle efficiency and minimize costs.
* Customer Service Management: Liaise with Customer Services staff to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
* General Assistance: Provide relief duties and general assistance to Managers as required.
