We are a leading produce wholesaler based at the Brisbane Markets and we are creating a new model of produce supply and we want you to be part of it As Logistics Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations and driving excellence across our expanding network.
In this role, you will:
* Work closely with key stakeholders (customers, transport providers, suppliers, vendors, buying team and senior management) while leading your team with confidence and compassion.
* Manage the end-to end supply chain process, including cold chain management, inventory and systems, compliance and safety.
* Roll up your sleeves when needed to ensure smooth workflows and operational success.
* Rise to the challenges of a rapidly growing business that places quality and customer satisfaction at its core.
What you'll need to succeed:
We're looking for a can-do leader who brings determination, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, plus:
* Minimum 5 years experience in logistics management and leading a team (preferably fresh produce or FMCG).
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety compliance and supply chain best practice.
* Experience with ERP or WMS systems and MS Office proficient.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills to maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and your team.
* Valid drivers license and forklift license (or the ability to get one).
* Motivated to deliver on KPI's such as on time delivery rates, cold chain compliance, inventory accuracy, cost budgets, customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
