What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project or similar tools
* Coordinate timelines across multiple construction projects and programs
* Plan and maintain forward pipelines, ensuring alignment with resources and deadlines
* Work closely with supervisors and stakeholders to allocate apprentices to projects
* Build and maintain dashboards to track progress, performance, and resource utilisation
* Identify scheduling risks, resolve resourcing issues, and escalate where required
* Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, consistent scheduling and reporting
What You Bring
* Proven scheduling experience within the construction industry
* Strong skills in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex scheduling challenges
Must Have
* Current Driver Licence
