About the role
Queanbeyan Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Queanbeyan, NSW on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support our dentists in delivering high-quality dental services and provide expert care to our lovely patients.
What you'll be doing
1. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is sterilised and ready for use
2. Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean and organised work area
3. Greet and welcome patients, escort them to treatment rooms, and ensure they are comfortable
4. Maintain strict infection control protocols and ensure a safe, hygienic environment
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, any previous experience greatly regarded
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
