We are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the continued growth of our business.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our venues and consulting services. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and overseeing event logistics.
In addition to marketing duties, the Marketing & Events Coordinator will handle general customer enquiries, assist with future planning and strategic business development, build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, and act as a point of contact for various projects.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
* Create content for social media, newsletters, websites, and promotions
* Oversee event logistics from planning to handover
* Handle general customer enquiries
* Assist with future planning and strategic business development
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
* Act as a point of contact for various projects
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with experience in marketing, administration, and/or event management. A people person who values great customer service experiences and clear communication is essential. Creative skills with a strong eye for detail, especially in marketing content, are required. Basic experience with Canva and Squarespace is necessary for content creation and website management. Self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key qualities we seek.
