Part time senior receptionist position available in busy Hobart Hotel.
Exciting opportunity for a senior receptionist to lead a team for a successful Australian Hotel Chain. Come join a team that believes in a great vision and is highly passionate about providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the property and staff on the Managers days off
Provide administrative support
- Directing guest check-in and check-out following correct procedures
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Assisting guests with all questions and reasonable requests
- Contacting housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report issues
We're looking for someone with:
- Passion for the hospitality industry, previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Bubbly personality
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience using RMS
- Computer literate using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work autonomously with a desire to contribute within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational and time management skills
- Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
