About the Role
Lead social work across CALHN, guiding team and clinical care while maintaining own caseload.
* Supervise social work team and guide daily workload
* Provide supervision and support practice quality
* Deliver evidence based work and maintain caseload
* Drive practice continuous improvement and contribute to research
About You
You are a qualified Social Worker ready to lead and support a high performing clinical team in a complex hospital environment.
* Degree in Social Work and AASW membership
* Experience leading teams and building collaboration
* Complex caseload experience with evidence based practice
* Strong communicator with calm conflict resolution skills
* Knowledge of health systems, WHS and service improvement activities
