We are looking for an enthusiastic and polished Administrator / Receptionist
to join our growing Expert Plumbing and Solar team in Kelso NSW 2795. This full‑time role will see you as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our business.
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
- Managing the reception area to maintain a tidy and organised appearance
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying and data entry
- Independently scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory as needed
- Supporting the wider team with any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer‑service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confidence in using standard office equipment and software programs
- A positive, proactive and solution‑oriented attitude
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
