As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in supporting people navigating injury, disability, or rehabilitation—while being part of a fun, caring, and tight-knit team in Parramatta. You'll work in-office alongside one of our supportive and energetic Client Support Supervisors, with daily check-ins to share knowledge and keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Handle client calls, emails, and referrals Support clinicians and team leaders with admin and scheduling Keep the office running smoothly with day-to-day coordination Build great relationships with clients and team members Bring your personality, communication skills, and a love of helping others—and we’ll provide the rest!
