What you'll do
Reward & Benefits
* Maintain global reward frameworks and salary structures to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
* Co‑lead the global annual salary review.
* Oversee employee benefits (health, life, disability, retirement, leave) across jurisdictions; optimise cost and employee experience; manage vendors.
Policy & Governance
* Own and maintain global and local reward and mobility policies ensuring legal compliance and alignment to reward principles.
* Manage governance controls, approval matrices and audit trails for variations, allowances and bonuses.
Global Mobility
* Design and administer expatriate assignment packages.
Market Data & Reporting
* Source/manage market salary data
* Deliver analytics on pay equity and gender pay trends; headcount and cost modelling; mobility cost projections and assignment accruals.
* Maintain HRIS/payroll data accuracy and compliance; support audits and board/executive reporting.
Stakeholder Partnership
* Coach managers and employees on reward policy, mobility entitlements, benefits; lead change and communications.

What you'll bring
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Law or related; GRP/CCP/GMS (preferred).
* 5–8+ years in compensation/reward and global mobility across multi‑country organisations; mining/resources/engineering or field‑based operations experience strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in annual salary reviews with survey data, benefits design and multi‑jurisdiction vendor management, expat assignment design (desirable) and policy governance/contract templates.
* High attention to detail, confidentiality and compliance; excellent stakeholder communication that simplifies complexity with culturally sensitive language.
