HR Business Partner Role
Dentons seeks an experienced HR business partner to work closely with the HR director and broader HR team. This role provides high-quality day-to-day business and strategic support and guidance to the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build trusted senior-level partnerships across business units nationally.
* Manage employee lifecycle in tandem with the broader HR team.
* Provide commercial employee relations advice and actively manage risk.
The successful candidate will have strong experience at a senior advisor level, gained within legal or professional services. They will also possess sound judgment in people management issues and confident decision-making ability.
