Duties and responsibilities
* Manage a mixed portfolio of SME and mid-market clients from end to end
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurers
* Provide expert advice and develop tailored insurance solutions
* Drive portfolio growth through proactive retention and new business initiatives
* Coordinate quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims, and policy processing
* Stay across market trends by attending industry events and networking opportunities
* Approach each day with curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
We are looking for someone with:
* Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential)
* Experience managing your own portfolio of SME & retail clients
* Strong understanding of the general insurance product suite
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for client service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
