The Role
Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you'll play a key role in the financial and operational performance of our residential projects. You'll prepare and manage budgets, bills of quantities, supplier negotiations, and construction orders across a mix of client builds and standard designs.
You'll also help refine systems, improve efficiency, and support our expansion into new markets, all within a supportive, solutions-focused team that values innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications
* Strong residential estimating experience, ideally within new home construction
* Proficiency with Databuild, Framework, Office 365 (or similar tools)
* Solid understanding of cost control, purchasing, and supplier management
* Great communication and problem-solving skills – with an eye for detail and process improvement
* A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for quality outcomes
