We're seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Support Coordinator (Level 2) ready to step into a rewarding full-time position managing an existing caseload.

What's on offer
Competitive base salary: $75,000–$85,000 base + uncapped commission.
Immediate caseload of 40 participants with a structured handover and one-month shadowing period.
Flexible hours, RDO option every fortnight, and WFH 1 day/week after probation.
Company-provided laptop and mobile phone.
Ongoing support from dedicated Team Leaders, Intake, and Admin teams.

About you
6–12+ months' experience in Support Coordination (Level 2).
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and participant needs.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A commitment to achieving participant goals and fostering independence.
The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
A genuine passion for community impact and inclusion.
