Central Coast Leagues Club (CCLC) is looking for a qualified and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team.
This position will report to Kitchen Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
Monitoring and maintaining the highest food quality
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operation and timely service
What we're looking for
Cookery qualification (Cert III or Cert IV)
Good availability across business hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
A passion for creating delicious, high-quality food
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: 68k-78k depending on experience.
