About the Role
As an experienced Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, with full autonomy and strong team support behind you.
* Managing rent arrears professionally and efficiently
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs with accuracy and care
* Conducting routine and outgoing property inspections
* Screening applications and managing open inspections
* Building strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
* Attending tribunal hearings when required
What You'll Bring
* A current Property Management Licence (essential)
* Experience managing a residential property portfolio
* Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
* Strong administrative and computer skills (PropertyTree experience is a bonus)
* A current SA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Great time management, attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work
