Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications.

* Investigate billing inquiries and process account corrections.

* Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.

* Assist the brokerage team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations.

* General Administration duties, and data maintenance.

* Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

* Familiarity with insurance operations and processes would be beneficial but not mandatory.
