Senior Podiatrist (Sunshine Coast)

Intrinsic Health Group is seeking an experienced Senior Podiatrist to join our growing multidisciplinary team on the Sunshine Coast. This permanent role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to build and shape podiatry services within a supportive allied health environment.
This position will suit a confident clinician who enjoys working independently while being an active part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, community-based services.
About the Role
This is an in-person role based on the Sunshine Coast, available full-time or part-time for the right candidate.
The caseload will primarily support Support at Home and aged care clients, with opportunities to work with NDIS and private community clients as demand grows. Services are delivered across clinic, community and residential settings, with a strong focus on maintaining mobility, independence and quality of life for adult clients.
Working alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians and other allied health professionals, you will play a key role in supporting holistic client outcomes.
As a senior clinician, you will also contribute to service development and help grow podiatry services within the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive podiatry assessments and treatments across clinic, community and residential settings
* Deliver routine and complex foot care, wound care, and high-risk foot management
* Support mobility, falls prevention and independence in aged care and Support at Home clients
* Develop and implement individualised treatment and prevention plans
* Provide education and preventative care strategies to clients and carers
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and funding requirements
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team to support holistic outcomes
* Contribute to service development and podiatry program growth within the region
About You
* AHPRA-registered Podiatrist
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Podiatry
* Minimum 3+ years clinical experience preferred
* Confidence managing a varied caseload independently
* Experience or strong interest in aged care, Support at Home and community-based services
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Current driver's licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* COVID and influenza vaccination evidence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Willingness to travel across the Sunshine Coast region as required
