Your Role As a key leader on site, you’ll ensure daily production targets are met across safety, quality, and productivity, while working closely with Maintenance, Dispatch, Safety, and Quality. Leading a team of 4 direct reports, you’ll spend much of your time on the floor—supporting operators, understanding issues first‑hand, and driving operational excellence.
