Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality Pega applications.
- Lead architecture and design reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Conduct system health checks, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and QA practices across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver cost-effective, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly in insurance data management.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years as a Pega System Architect/Developer.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in Pega 8.X, including Agile Studio and Deployment Manager.
- Experience with Pega CRM and Insurance Strategic Applications (highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of PRPC architecture, rules, classes, data pages, activities, and UI design.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workstreams, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
