Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the North Queensland Area for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting Colterlec's industrial electrical and automation solutions. Responsibilities include market research, client engagement, preparing and delivering proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management, especially in the wholesale industry.
* Experience in market research, lead generation, and identifying growth opportunities
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
* Knowledge of industrial electrical and automation solutions is preferred
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Brisbane Area and travel as needed
* Previous experience in industries such as mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, or similar is highly beneficial
