Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist
This role involves providing administrative support to the payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client payrolls.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the payroll team with administrative duties
* Monitoring emails related to payroll and taking necessary action
* Processing decisions and reimbursements for employees in a fair and efficient manner
* Entering timesheets into the system for accurate invoicing
* Running small client payrolls to ensure timely and accurate processing
* Verifying manual and automated timesheets for accuracy of invoicing
The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, experience in data entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential. A keen eye for detail and the ability to learn new systems and processes will be valuable assets in this role.

Requirements
Experience in administration or data entry is highly desirable. Payroll knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
