Job Description
This role supports the Division in providing financial and commercial services to assist the business unit in meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include:
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end processes, including reconciliations and reporting
* Provide insights on financial performance and explain variances to budgets/forecasts
* Lead analysis to assist with transition to new systems
* Develop financial and non‑financial models to support commercial analysis, pricing reviews, and margin assessments
* Partner with operational managers to improve business results
* Complete ad‑hoc projects and special financial reporting tasks as directed by the business
Qualifications
* Tertiary Qualifications in Commerce or relevant field
* Qualified CPA and knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Tax Laws
* Demonstrated experience within similar capacity
* Excel Modelling skills
* Highly developed strategic and analytical skills, creative thinking and problem solving to support the business to improve process efficiency.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail.
